Gamer pictures and BO4 emblems etc.

Currenlty I am having a issue where my own personal gamer profile picture is not appearing and other peoples are doing the same. They are just being reset to default Xbox ones for me. On BO4 I have also been blocked from making emblems and viewing other
peoples custom emblems. I don't have a child account and all content should be allowed, does anyone have any ideas on how to fix it?

Hello Adam,

Thank you for posting here on the Xbox forums. Based on what is happening, this sounds like your privacy settings are not allowing you to view or share custom content. You may want to verify that your privacy settings are set to adult. If they are, try refreshing
your account by
removing your account from the console, and then signing back in.

Then how do people do it?? I have seen emblems that are pictures, not created in the emblem editor..

Not crew emblems, they are pictures that you can make as your crew emblem. I found it on a site already though. Its a glitch using photo shop and some other web site. I have seen some pretty cool pictures as emblems. Neat.

Yeah a lot of crews have done this already, pretty nifty trick I must say. I was able to make a crew emblem that kind of sucked, and I haven't been able to get it to work for other images sadly.
