Gamer-Picture System - Broken

Above is the picture I am trying to upload to my profile for my gamer picture. I am targeting the facial area for the portrait itself. For some reason, Xbox "Staff" keep disallowing this particular picture, while I see other people, much more derogatory
type of images. I would love for a Xbox Staff member (or Microsoft staff member) to tell me what is so wrong about this digital artwork?

I know for a fact, that there are biased people within the Xbox Live team who dislike "weebs" or anime and cartoon type profile pictures, but why is this not allowed and other things are? I doubt that Xbox Staff sits there and goes "This pic doesn't violate
any rules whatsoever, so I will deny its upload." Your automated system for Gamerpic uploads are broken, very broken.

We are sorry to hear about any issues you may be having due to an enforcement action (Gamerpic uploads). Unfortunately
as this is forum support, you will not be able to reach the enforcement team here, and
we wouldn't be able to assist further.

Also we would recommend to take a
look at Microsoft’s Code of Conduct Explained
for Xbox Live Customers. Since the underlying issue could be that the picture might be under copyright and we don't
have control over this. We hope this helps.

Yeah I think Microsoft systems are too finicky and broken to be rational so I might just turn everything to blank and not use the messaging system anymore considering how haphazardly its been put together.

Can I still use my darkthrone logo as my gamer picture though? Is there any way I could get banned for just that picture?

Select your gamer card from the Xbox 360 main menu. Open your profile.

Select Edit Gamer Profile.

Select Gamer Picture.

Select Change Gamer Picture to change your gamer picture to one of the other gamer pictures stored on your system. Choose the picture you want from the list with the "A" button.

It just shows Gamer Profiles,Gamer pictures,system items

THERE IS NO RENAME.FORMAT,CLEAR SYSTEM CACHE

By going by link to xbox link in one of the answers. The window to click on memory

next window shows Only harddrive Click on it and shows Gamer Profiles,Gamer pictures,System Items

click on System Items shows Xbox Improvement data 151mb

The window to clear system cache does not show up??

and the window that I click on memory look the same as in link but it goes to harddrive alone
