Gamer Picture suspension misunderstanding

Hello, my name is Aiden and my profile is . I'm actually am trying to file a case review on it because I'm not trying to fight with anyone but I feel as if they may have made a mistake and just wanted to try and make my case to hopefully fix the
mistake and also help others in the future from having the same thing happen. I was suspended for having what was titled as a inappropriate gamer picture. But my gamer picture was simply a cool red and black art of a anime character named Spike from Cowboy
Bebop. I just thought maybe it was interpreted the wrong way by mistake or maybe just reported by trolls many times. But I just wanted to try and get my story out there and hopefully sort this whole thing out and clear my name. Thank you if anyone is reading

Most agents wouldn't refer situations like this to the forums. They know how to walk customers through filing complaints. A small number of them may direct to the forums due to a misunderstanding regarding the Policy Enforcement Team's presence in the
Account Suspension forum (for asking questions about one's own suspended account, not for trying to get others suspended). But there's no need to paint a picture of them all being "woefully ignorant". That's just unnecessary.

 

Achievement and sharing problem

I saw the pictures and appreciate the feedback. I posted on the other thread for possibly some more pictures relating to the other social features you mentioned is also not working, like the game hub or the official club.

I have a good understanding of what the issue is, but I need to be able to present all of this information to the correct person and pictures will help me clarify everything so that there is no misunderstanding on what needs to be looked at.

http://enforcement.xbox.com to see about submitting a case review.

 

Should.be noted you aren't supposed to use copyrighted pictuew

If you want to use some you have to use licensed gamerpictures available on the marketplace

Also one of the conditions of the insiders preview is you are supposed to have a clean record for at least a year
