Gamer Picture Stolen

Please report the account for abusing the Xbox Community Standards.

Bring up the profile with the stolen Gamerpic, and report that account for the Gamerpic.

You have to explain WHY the Gamerpic violates the Community Standards, because as long as your personal picture violates the Community Standards itself (e.g. your own personal picture is obscene, or harassing or something like that), the Enforcement Team
can't know it's a stolen personal picture.

Refer to the
Xbox Community Standard Section IV

Explain that this person is using your own personal picture to shame and harass you.

Then let the Xbox Enforcement Team do their job.

As a personal advice:

Never use a picture on a public service like Xbox Live or the Internet in general, if you don't want the picture to be used by someone else.

While you do have the rights to your own image in photos, a lot of services like Facebook and the likes say in their Terms of Use that you give up those rights, when you upload a picture to their services.

And even if you didn't give up the right to your image: It won't keep people from downloading your picture anyways and use it for their own.

Unless you are a copyright holder with deep finacial pockets for a lawsuit, your chances of preventing theft of your personal images is really slim.

And even if you manage to catch that one person, thousands of others already downloaded your picture as well, which will get distributed among friends until someone completely unrelated uploads your picture again.

So do yourself a favor, and never upload anything publicly on any internet service (be it Xbox Live or anywhere else), that you don't want to be distributed or abused by others.

Ive tried many times but they just dont seem to do anything i even got a couple friends to report them

He might have taken it online, but it was a personal photo or a picture you found on the internet?
