Gamer picture party ban

I have a ban for parties until the 7th september due to a inappropriate gamer picture. I never changed the gamer picture myself and have always stuck to the terms of service. I was wondering if there is anyway of getting this ban lifted since I never actually
did anything wrong and it was someone else on my account.

banning everything for changing picture

i have been banned on everything ranging from chat, party and lots of other services just because i attempted to change my picture. Just ban me from picture changing and not everything else because it is makes no sense and is really annoying.

If you are attempting to ask in a roundabout way about modifying your profile using a USB flash drive and a PC, that's considered System Tampering and grounds for a ban. As long as the gamer picture comes from the Marketplace, a code redeemed on the Marketplace,
or an in-game Achivement, it is fine. Any third party method used to add a custom gamer picture to a profile is verboten.
