Gamer Picture keeps being removed

Hi there,

I've created a gamer picture for myself that I'm quite happy with, but it either keeps getting removed or never passes verification.

I wouldn't mind but i don't think it violates any ToS, and there never seems to be an explanation as to why. Here is the image in question if it helps.

Gamer Picture

My little brother's picture is being used as a gamer profile picture by another player on xbox live "[REMOVED - DO NOT POST OTHER GTS]", im just wondering if xbox live would help me to get his picture to be change because of privacy matter.

I'm afraid we wouldn't be able to speculate on our end why this specific picture is not allowed to be set as your custom gamerpic as we're a completely separate department from the enforcement team.

For the future, you'll want to make sure that your custom gamerpics meet the proper requirements.

The enforcement team deal with custom gamerpics etc so it must have not fit standards to have it removed.

When it comes to the Gamerpic, having it removed through the enforcement team does not mean that your account has been suspended, it is simply the image being removed and it still would be considered an enforcement action.

As {Parity} mentioned, you would have to reach out to the enforcement website to see if you are able to submit a case review for this enforcement action.
