Gamer Picture Different on Xbox Live Rewards than Everything Else

I had a friend who change my gamer picture a while ago and I have since changed it back. it's never updated through xbox live rewardsand it's kinda annoying. Anyway to force a change?

Glitched Account

So when I use my email to sign into Xbox live rewards it signs me in and everything but when I look at the drop down bar it shows a different email than what I signed in with. That email is not accoiated with any Microsoft account anymore and isn’t even
on my own Microsoft account. So why is it when I sign into the rewards with my Microsoft email it shows another AND shows my old Xbox 360 gamer picture instead of my current one ? Also when I click “my account” when I’m on the rewards page it brings me to
my account and it shows all my accurate information etc. this is preventing me from earning progress for my rewards

you have to register your xbox live account and than you can start the program and to earn rewards in different ways (everything is explained very well in the site)

Certain games also give you different gamer pictures as rewards for completing certain tasks.

It may also be that you have different pictures set to gamer picture and personal picture. I believe it is your gamer picture that displays on Xbox.com rather than your personal picture.

Yes sir, I did download it from the dashboard and went strait to change gamer picture and personal picture and seen the BF4 pictures there. On my xbox it shows me having the gamer picture i desire, but everyone else sees a different Gamer Picture. Ive tried
switching to the ones that come on the console but it still shows up as this random hockey player.
