Gamer Picture Denied + Ban/Suspension

I have a Youtube Channel, I used My Youtube channel
Logo, for my Gamer Picture... I made sure none of it violated any terms of service. Yet im denied the gamer picture, aswell as receive a
Suspension/Ban. Versus what it actually tells you about changing your Gamer Picture. It states when using a Custom Gamer Picture "Support will have to review your picture to deem it as safe", "If it violates any terms of service, it will be
denied and will revert back to your previous picture" None of that happened! At this point, it feels youre denying me of any right to customize my account in any way shape or form. How are you gonna deny me this Youtube Logo, when there are people who have
straight pornographic material for the Gamer Pictures? If Youtube can approve of my Picture, you sure as hell can...
It is Literally a picture of a Face thats blushing, with the words above the head... Nothing else. My creative right are honestly being tested and it's not right, The picture is not "Violent, sexual, demeaning, bullying" Or any other thing
you can thing of... If you take it as "Sexual" Or any form of anything other than a creative picture, thats a lawsuit waiting to happen for violating a persons right to creativity. "Art that conveys
specific ideas through written or spoken words are highly protected forms of expression." This is classified under the
Freedom of Speech it also doesnt
VIOLATE your Terms of Service!!!!

Since the ban isnt more than 24 hours thats why i cant submit a case review. But I definitely need to contact someone about this. Like i said, i fell it violates my Creative Rights. Especially since no Violations have occurred. I abided by the Terms of
Service.

you agreed to the terms of service when you made your account. the only rights you have here are what isoutlined in there, and they can do literally anything to your account for literally any reason they want to come up with, and there actually is not a
thing you can do about it.

Do you have any prior bans on your account? I can't imagine why they would deny your profile picture if there is nothing in it that goes against the TOS.

Picture is uploaded on the account here. Literally...Thats the picture...This Violates no Terms of Service, and it is custom made, not stolen. I own the rights to this Picture, The drawing is not copyrighted. If they say the blushing and the eyes facing
up is the reason for the ban, then im about to get a lawyer on this and file a lawsuit for infringing on my rights, for a service i pay for. This is rediculous
