Gamer picture ban with no TOS broken.

Hello, I was communication banned for 8 days, due to my previous gamer picture. It didn’t break TOS and believe I was victim to a “ salty “ gamer reporting me.

I appealed the ban, but lackluster information I found on various forums has me bewildered. Some guy is in same boat as me as simply having a picture of a plain old goose.

May I ask why a grim reaper would be reported / bannable when people post lewd photos and explicit ones as well containing drugs, half nude, ext.

I included a photo of my old gamer picture to see what you guys think.

No, once an account is banned, then it is banned. banned means banned. Sorry, but you shouldn't have broken the CoC/ToS.

As I understand it, the only way to get a custom Gamertag picture is with either a Kinect or the older vision cam for Xbox 360. Your custom picture can only be seen by your friends though, everyone else will see the last official Gamer Picture you had.

Any other attempt to create a custom picture would be in violation of the ToS and would be grounds for a suspension/ban.

Always report any behavior you encounter that goes against the TOS. you will never be banned unless you have broken a rule.

Does the seal on your xbox clear you of the accusation of being a modder? And if you had broken the ToS or CoC, wouldn't the account be banned too?
