Gamer picture ban for no reason.

My gamer picture of a Asian man squinting with a purple and blue background got banned for no reason. I think it was just because people dislike me and want to get me suspended so they report my uploaded picture which uploaded pictures will almost always
get taken down even if nothing is wrong with it. I would like to get my suspension removed and off my record and be able to use my gamer picture that got in trouble even though nothing is wrong with it.

Ban for no reason!!!

A permanent account ban is issued only in circumstances of severe infractions to service rules. To help protect that experience for our customers, the Xbox Live Policy & Enforcement Team monitors the service for behavior that violates the Microsoft Services
Agreement and Code of Conduct.

mine was a female covered up no nudity but i got suspended anyway i would like to know how long im going to be blocked from changing my gamer pic i plan to change it to a hydra emblem fyi

Well there's vision cams of course. If you were talking about making a custom gamer picture and putting it on your 360, then yes. You will be banned. Then again, after clicking on your profile you're probably going to get banned for a different reason anyways.

I have also been experiencing issues for some odd reason I can't change my gamer picture I've even given it time to see if it would fix, I gave it a whole week and I tried again but it still said "sorry we can't upload the picture right now try again in
a little while" and I know that I haven't been banned of using the gamer picture because I had the same one for 4 years

I'm not responding to OP. His is empty yes. Its the second picture. All red boxes which consist of 8 strikes. Plus his also gives a reason as to his ban. I can see partially it was gamer pic, no telling what else is there. I just say follow the code of conduct and you'll be fine. Don't follow it and risk being banned or even worse perminate ban.
