Gamer Picture and Profile Colour Issue

Could you try to remove your profile from the console then redownload it? Failing that, if you switch your xbox off, unplug it and leave it off for a short while, then plug it back in and switch back on that may work.

Definitely need the option of themes, a photo, an achievement picture or a different colour for the background.

As Shaggy2000 said, some achievement pictures have a lot of detail and would make a great gamer picture or background.

I think using a solid colour is fine. As long as your gamer picture not offensive you should be ok.

You can choose those backgrounds when you create a gamer picture on the console, when you are at the screen with the coloured backgrounds, scroll to the right and they are all there. Creating the picture on this website
doesn't have the backgrounds, only the colours.

Having a problem today with my dashboard where I can't see any tile pics or gamer pictures and can't change background or tile colours, just get a message saying can't display any colours at the moment, any ideas??
