    hello I’m Esaul Martinez, otherwise known as , I made a mistake last I uploaded a picture for a new gamer pic and got suspended and it says on the enforment page that it’s been completed. I rdon’t ally want to change my profile pic as a picture
    of a giraffe to resemble my gamertag, but in a way that it’s not disrespectful nor will get me suspended. Obviously I wasn’t thinking when I uploaded the wrong picture. I would really like to change it to express myself in a way that makes me feel comfortable,
    please I need know how to acquire the ability to be able to change my profile pic on the mobile app, tried multiple times and it keeps saying visit enforment on Xbox.com, butstill no results to my solution.

    I tried everything went into the transfer licence to new console put the games I waited the gamer pics from and it it didnt work.Went into account and redownloaded it. I think its cause achievment gamer pics I dunno they should put the gamer pics you have
    earned in a section of the download gamer pics.

    Your gamer picture was one of the gamer pics that came with the 360 console. It was part of the "default" set of gamer pics that the console shipped with.
