Gamer pic won’t load?

i recently put a new picture for my gamer pic. IT says it cant be uploaded until it is verified? How long does it take? Also i had to remove my old account and add a new account as my actual one. Well all my games i had to restart on and it wont let me
live stream on twitch due to verification? How would i fix this? Would i have to re buy everything i spent for my games bc i had to do a new account?

Question about Enforcement on my account

i recently got banned to where i can’t change my gamer pic. the gamer pic was my inspiration, the rapper logic. he was holding up the middle finger. i’m japanese and as a young child you are taught that the middle finger represents the brother and my brother
passed away when i was 12 to cancer. i thought the gamer pic was perfect, it showed my brothers spirit and my inspiration in one picture. but since ive moved to canada’s i’ve learnt that it has a diffrent meaning, a disrespectful one. i still don’t think about
it like that and i was wondering if the ban could get lifted. i will have the rapper in my next gamer pic but he won’t ben be doing anything that could offend anyone.

Thanks for the heads up, Cooper. What's the gamer pic of? Did you try taking the quiz more than once to see if you could get more than one gamer pic? How many questions were on the quiz?

 

first off the picture might be not allowed so Xbox did not allow you to use it for you second off if you want to keep the games from your original account and play them on your new account you have to sign in to your old account go to settings the personalization
then finally go to my home Xbox and set that Xbox as the home Xbox for the account then you should be able to play your games on your second account

Well wish i knew that.... I spent over $500 on all these games...i put my new account as the alias and deleted my other.. I lost all the money i spent on my xbox. I made a new account for certain reasons and trying to contact microsoft for more help

Whenever i change my gamer pic, it says the same thing. They put a generic avatar pic up and tell me my pic is being verified. It doesn’t mean anything or that ur pic violated any rules, it just happens sometimes. It usually takes anywhere from a few hours
up to a day, sometimes even 2, before u can see ur new gamerpic. Hope this helps.
