Gamer Pic problme (GGXXACP)

well this is my problme, i have the GGXXACP game pack and well it doesnt show of the correct pics it show of from other pacs, i can see the once i got but my friends dont... -,-

I had this problme since a looooong time and gave up, but a saw some one had the same problme and he got it fix and hopping i can get some help plisss.

Clearing the system cache didn't do anything. Also I bought the GGXXACP Gamer Picture Pack Type-E which has INo Sol Dizzy and Ky. GGXXACP Gamer Picture Pack Type-D is the package that has Kliff in it which I didn't buy. So why is it showing him when I didn't
buy his package?

2. Are you involved in the Beta program that's going on right now?
3. Have you downloaded your profile onto a Beta console at all?
4. Are you using a console that has been modded in any capacity?
