Gamer pic problem

On your mobile device or PC, clear the cache for the Xbox app because this can resolve temporary glitches.

Please make sure that your image is in PNG or JPG format, is 1080x1080 pixels, and under 2MB in size. Images that don't meet these criteria may fail to upload.

And if you're uploading through the Xbox app, please use a different device or use in-private browser or incognito.

To give you a heads up, the approval process can take up to 24 hours. Kindly wait for the changes on the gamerpicture to process because if you've submitted multiple times, it might reset the process, causing further delays.

Only by removing the parental email after the age of majority is reached can you promote the account and based on the original DOB you set when you created the account

I've noticed this problem too. It seems everyone is having trouble updating avatar gamer pics. Try changing your gamer pic to something other than your avatar and see if that updates quickly.

I am having the same problem with and I'm getting the same error code when I try to save my avatar and use it as my gamer pic. It will not save as gamer pic at all with out throwing up that error code. I can save it to the onedrive, but not as my gamer
pic. I power cycled the xbox one and that did not work.

Bumping this cause the problem is still going on.

The GG Accent Core Plus gamer pics are all buggy. I use one pic from "picture pack B," I get another game pic from a completely different pack. Not only that, but pic pack B doesn't show up in my gamer pic menu, even though I still have the pack on my system.
