Gamer pic not uploading

Uploading custom gamer pics/clan pics etc is currently temporarily disabled.

Your account profile will automatically change to an adult account as soon as it reaches the age of majority in your region. If you're seeing this error message on Xbox One, it's likely your account isn't classified as an Adult account and thus why you're

I'm sorry you're experiencing these issues, What device are you trying to change your image from?

If you're trying to do this on a console, try doing it from the Xbox mobile app.

custom gamer pics were suspended, but now we are allowed to upload custom pic

I recommend that you sign into your Microsoft account on the Xbox console, use Profile & system and open My profile.

Use customize profile then, use change gamer-pic. Open Upload a custom image, then select the image.

Personally I do not use a custom image as a gamer-pic. I have no images saved on my Xbox console as files, to upload as a custom gamer-pic.
