Gamer pic keeps getting reported but the picture is not inappropriate nor does it go against ...

My gamer picture was literally a picture of my face I don’t have any tattoos on my face, there was nothing non-appropriate in the background, nor was and hands signs being thrown up. I have currently had the option to change my gamer picture suspended twice
and as I previously stated there was nothing going against Xbox guidelines wrong about my picture. I called Xbox customer support and was told they couldn’t do much but they think someone’s may be messing with me and continuously doing this. Also I was told
to submit my problem here. Please help and what can I do if this was to happen again. Id like for this situation you be further looked into. My gamer tag is .

Multiple penalties for 1 violation

my account was suspended on the 14th for an "inappropriate gamer picture", and was reported by multiple people. Once I received a message notifying me my gamer picture had been reported, I then changed it to a picture that could be found as more appropriate.
Although within the next 15 minutes I continued getting messages that I had been reported for showing nudity (which is something I did not do nor would consider doing) and that I still had an inappropriate picture. I checked online and it said my account was
suspended until the 19th, although the ban wasn't lifted, when I found out my console had been banned until the 28th. I believe it is unfair for me to get multiple suspensions for one wrongdoing. I wish for my account/console to be unbanned ASAP and hope you
will consider this.

Unfortunately support has directed you incorrectly. The enforcement team handles suspensions and they do not use these forums. If they have deemed it offensive it is up to them. They are found at enforcement.xbox.com.
