Gamer pic issues on website

Log in the Xbox app or console companion app with that account and click on your profile picture, then select full profile you will have the option to change the profile picture

You can do the same on a mobile device from the Xbox mobile app

I have the same problem! I'm using the mobile app and it's not working. Is it because my status is offline? Is it because there's an issue with profile pics?

Hello, sorry to hear you are having this issue. Are you using the mobile app to change your gamer pic?

Maybe try using the website to change your gamer pic and see if you are still having issues. I know sometimes the mobile app can be finicky.

Go to Xbox Live and sign in to your xbox live account. In the top right corner click on your gamer picture icon, and select "Xbox Profile" from the drop down menu. Once you are
on your profile page select "Customize" and then choose "change gamer pic".

See if that works for you, if not let us know.

This is not recommended but you could find a page where your picture is bigger and hold the the "Prt Sc" (Or Print Screen) button and hold the Alt button.

1. Print Screen + Alt
2. Then go into paint and click "Paste", or CTRL V.
3. Crop your picture out of the page
4. Once cropped, right click and select copy
5. Open a new blank white paint document
6. Find the properties option
7. Make the Attributes of the new blank document 1 x 1
8. Paste your image that you cropped
9. Save As, whatever you prefer

right click on it

then click save image as

and choose anywhere you want to download the picture to

this apply for any picture on the internet
