    Gamer name/email account


    After my son reset his Xbox, we cannot figure out what email his gaming name is linked to. When I go into my microsoft account, the gaming name listed is not the same as the name he has been playing under. Any suggestions? Thank you!

    I have 3 games that will not load or play on my xbox1 but they worked before 3 weeks ago when one of them crashed

    used my work computer and it logged me in as my Microsoft client email

    Created on Xbox, finished on Xbox.com because the Xbox kept telling me to create a new account. Finished up on web site, including a number of activation link emails; reset gamer tag on Xbox.com because no way to do it on Xbox. And when it says "first name",

    The gamer tag is not really important it is only an identifier for your friends to see. The email is the most important thing. This is your actual account name. There can only be one email attached to one account. In most cases what probably happened
    is you created a new account by accident on the new console. If you still have access to the old email you may be able to recover that account. And sorry but there is no way to combine or merge Microsoft accounts
