He sent my son a code where my son thought he was getting v bucks but really we paid for them and [mod removed] got the bucks and we were charged on oyr verizon account

Nice... protect him by removing his name. He is a theif. We did report him on xbox

If you haven't done so already, your son would need to file a complaint on them via their profile in order for the enforcement team to investigate them.

You may also want to review the code of conduct with your son as using the service to buy, sell, trade, etc. game content/goods is a violation of the code
of conduct.
