    I had this issue for a week with my xbox one and it continued when I setup my xbox series x. I also tried a new headset.

    Have you double checked enforcement.xbox.com to make sure you do not have a communications ban? Also be sure to try a hard reset of the console.

    Apparently there is still an issue because I'm having the problem right now. Tells me I cant get a Teredo IP address. I've tried several times. Followed all instructions for resolving NAT issues, hard restarts of gateway and Xbox, numerous connections
    tests.
