gamer being rude and disrespectful towards female gamer

So i have an issue that apparently concerns a microsoft representative who work as a ips technician who decided that he is above the system that deals with players being disrespectful towards another gamer who is a friend over xbox, now being that i am a
representative for the ambassador program i do not know how to deal with this situation when this person decided to use disrespectful statement indicating a (female gamer needing to be working in the kitchen for the male entertainment) the player responsible
who also apparently works as an ips technician is [mod removed] i gave him fair warning to go and apologize and he made it out to be an apparent joke on a side note how do you deal with people who decide to use racial slurs while in game texts?

If the messages has been sent over Xbox live to your friend. Your friend will need to report the messages and block the person. The Enforcement team will investigate and take appropriate action against the offending gamer.

Your friend that he may have said this to would just need to report it. There is nothing on your end, or her end, that you have to "deal with" or do. You report it, and that's it, you're done. After that point, it's out of your hands. Also, blocking him
and stopping any communication with him is also a good idea.

You deal with it the same as any other gamer, that is being inappropriate, report, mute and block. Chances are they are not a Microsoft employee.
