    Gameplay problems


    My Xbox one has no problem playing movies or watching videos or even in a lobby my screen is great but when it goes into gameplay my screen flickers for instance fortnite is a great game but my screen gets full of black squares until my screen is completely
    full of them and all I see is black on my tv please help

    Don't buy this game! Or plan to keep restarting at 22%

    Finished the main story mode no problems. I really enjoyed the story and gameplay.

    Personally, I think there are more problems in the menus than with the gameplay itself...

    Hi there,

    be sure to check if the HDMI cable is connected fully to both Xbox and TV, if that doesn't help try to see what happens with a different cable.

    After cable change you still experience the same thing, if possible try it on a different TV.

    This is all to determine what part is causing the issue.

    If the same thing still happens on a different TV, then it's more then likely the console, which may need repairs, but to be sure contact Xbox Support to see if they have any additional steps to try.
