    My little brother wanted to try out the gamepass way back in the summer, I did it for one month and haven’t used it since. Thought I unsubscribed after the first month but it kept billing me and they won’t stop billing my account each month even though I had canceled it. I can’t use the customer support online as they say they can’t refund after 30 days, but I canceled it before that and I’ve been charged almost $11 for the past few months. I want a refund! Whenever I want to call they say it’s been shifted to online! I need a refund!!!

    Could just be you are confusing xbox gamepass and gamepass ultimate.

    Xbox Gamepass is xbox only, gamepass ultimate is xbox and pc.
