gamepass

so i. sitting here with a new op on r6s on my xbox one and i went to use it on its first match and it says i need live so i check the dat and see when it expires and it said it was supposed to expire the next day so i'm like hmmmmm
??? so i got to buy my usual gpass ultimate cuz its only 1 usd ( let it be known i have 15 bucks )well it says there is a error o the consoles side so i try a few more times and i restart my console when i go back it says the same thing so i spam it it still
doesn't work i restart console again. it still doesn't work i let it be and wait half an hour and it still doesn't work so here i am new op on r6s and i cant even try it please help
