gamepass xbox one

i got the 14 freetrail

i got the mail "Welcome to your Xbox Game Pass free trial"

but I can't access anygame

it's says "get gamepass" like i don't have it

I cancel the recurring billing

but it says "Expires on 9/6/2018"

Any news regarding a Gamepass app on Xbox One?

 

NFL Gamepass App

Is it true that GamePass is not supported on Xbox 360? Is it supported on Xbox One? It is NOT part of the NFL app. Sunday Ticket is....however GamePass is not.

 

The first few things I would try are doing a hard reset on the system. If it's still doing the same thing, then try signing out of your account and back in. Then removing your account from your console then adding it back if it's still not working.

Did you install the game pass? I had to install it when i received the 14 day trial

 

try to put off the console by pressing the on/off button on the console for 10 sec,

if it doesn't fix it you can remove your account from the console after a backup (if you never did a backup it is automatic if you are online) and after redownload your account,

if it still don't work try an hard reset but i don't reccomend this alternative because is too much extreme,
