    Gamepass Xbox app not working


    I recently paid for 3 months of xbox gold by buying a card on my local gadget shop. I haven’t been able to download any game at all, Its perpetually stuck at preparing 0 percent (except for Halo infinite which appears stuck at 1 percent). It is also a very slow and unresponsive app.

    All the fixes I have already tried:

    Tried to re install gaming services with Powershell, didn’t work

    Installed and reinstalled both Microsoft store and the xbox app

    Tried to Reset both apps and it didn’t work

    Uninstalled and re installed all the xbox related apps

    Set every xbox app in the services program to run automatic

    Tried to troubleshoot both Microsoft store and the xbox app

    Xbox.com/play issue- not able to use my wireless controller.

    Yes, all up to date. And weirdly enough.. i've installed the PC Gamepass App on my Windows Laptop... AND the controller does not work on their either. Strange! This controller works fine if i use the XBox Gamepass app via android devices.

    No, They are not. I had GamePass PC earlier and everything used to work properly but then one day I got notification that there is an offer on GamePass Ultimate so I upgraded but since the day GamePass PC subscription ended and GamePass Ultimate subscription started, I can only launch games that are on EA Play and that too from EA Desktop App only.

    Now, because the GamePass Ultimate was a 3 month subscription, so I can't even go back to GamePass PC until it's over.

    Any game that launches from Xbox app for Windows fails to launch and tried repairing and resetting the Xbox and Microsoft Apps, sign-out and then again sign-in on both the apps but still same thing.

    For Example, Forza Horizon 4 used to work earlier but now it does not.

    Impossible to remote Install Games on Xbox

    I have this issue too with my Xbox One X and the Android GamePass app. This used to work however something must have changed in either my Dashboard (Preview Alpha) or the Android app. Strangely enough, the Android GamePass app is able to uninstall items
    on my console and record the installation progress when I manually install GamePass games on my console.

    I have reported this issue both on the GamePass app and via console Insider Hub report feature.

    Still works on my Xbox and my Gamepass App on Android... Maybe it was just a short thing...

    Ya slightly different

    Gamepass and xbox app gamepass are encrypted .

    You can't import and export them.

    Its an anticheat measure

    You will have to work with id support on the cloud issue
