Gamepass working incorrectly

HI, i bought game pass for pc, but when i try and play any games, i get an error code saying i don't own the applicable licences for any of the games. they are on gamepass PC, i have checked my subscription, it is active, and all the games are installed, but wont launch.

Can i get ANY help with this?? i have attempted to get hold of them in every way i have seen possible on the internet, yet i cant get hold of an actual agent to help me with this. so far, their support service has been dire,

is it so much to ask to talk to someone over the phone or even email?

anyway, quick recap:

I own gamepass pc, all games i want to play are installed, but i cant launch any because according to the error message, i dont have the "applicable Licences for these products"

thanks so much! this has actualy worked! im glad cos this hassnt been working for a few weeks now.

Do you mind me asking what this actualy does tho?? is it just reseting all the old cache files or something??

Thank you so much for sharing this. Would you please follow the steps below? Please perform these steps with the Microsoft store and the Xbox app closed and make sure there are no games being downloaded or installed on both apps.

- Go to Start > Settings > Apps > Apps & features > Microsoft Store > Advanced Options > Repair, then Reset.

- Go to Start > Settings > Apps > Apps & features > Xbox App > Advanced Options > Repair, then Reset.

- Go to Start > Settings > Apps > Apps & features > Gaming Services > Advanced Options > Repair, then Reset.

- Press Windows + R. Type TEMP and press enter. Delete all the files inside this folder. Repeat this step by typing %TEMP% and Prefetch. Delete everything on both folders too.

- Press Windows + R. Type WSRESET and press enter.

- Restart your computer. Run Powershell as administrator and run the following command:

Get-AppXPackage -AllUsers | Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register "$($_.InstallLocation)\AppXManifest.xml"}

(this command can show you some errors, this is normal, just wait until it finishes)

- Restart your computer one more time. Open the Microsoft store and sign in with your Microsoft account. Open the Xbox App and sign in with the same account as the Microsoft store.

- Check your computer region/country and language and please make sure it is the same as your Microsoft account (https://account.microsoft.com/profile). Also check your time zone and date/time is correct.

- Go to Start > Type Services > Open it. Find all Xbox Services (Xbox Accessory Management Service, Live Auth Manager, Live Game Save, Live Networking Service, Gaming Services). Right Click > Properties> Set the startup type to Automatic. Also Start them.

Would you please confirm that your subscription is active on your Microsoft account services and subscriptions page? Is it showing as Game Pass or PC Game Pass? Are you able to share a screenshot of it without sharing personal information?

I'm really glad it worked! Those steps reset the Xbox app and the Gaming services files and re-register the apps - sometimes corrupted files can be the culprit of a sync issue with a game license or subscription. They also clear any temporary file and cache from the Microsoft store and the Xbox app. This makes the Xbox app and the Gaming services sync again with the Xbox servers to check for the game license or for any active subscription.
