GamePass won't launch on any device i have.

I can not use my gamepass subscription. The pc app just goes black, the browser won't stay connected and my phone app won't launch games. Im subscription is active, my enternit is working properly. Is there a problem with Microsoft or did I do something wrong?

I just want to clarify, are you pertaining to cloud gaming? If yes, as per checking there seems to be no issue as of the moment but it's odd that this is happening with multiple devices.

May I ask when was the last time that you were able to play on cloud gaming?

Nevermind! I found the solution. By changing the age in my microsoft account from 17-18 it worked.

If you are still encountering issues try clearing the cache of your browser and check if that sorts it out.
