I Bought Xbox Gamepass after looking into it thought oh this is cool

Went to download ark survival Its been stuck at 0% pending / 0% Starting For 4 Hours

Please Help

what do i do

- i am on pc

i just asume this goes under xbox cus its xgp

Also I dont know if its releated

but i cant install anything on windows store

The install button is Grayed out and displays a cross kinda symbol when i hover over it

Do you actually live in an xbox gamepass ultimate region if not that would be why

1. there are three tiers, Gold, gamepass and gamepass ultimate (gamepass exists for those that do not play online and only want to play the games in the gamepass.

2. why £111, if you have one console and the profile that has the sub is the home profile then all other accounts on that xbox get access to gold and gamepass etc, no need for multiple subscriptions.

3. it clearly states on each tier what you get.
