    Gamepass went off my bank account but not available?


    So I have game pass and have it going off every month, this month I got paid a little later than usual so my game pass bounced. Anyways a couple of day later if went off again when I had funds in my account, however when I go into my Xbox pass menu it doesn't
    show I have it.

    I have logged into my Microsoft account and shows it isn't valid. Hopefully this can be sorted out as I will not pay again for this month

    Payed for Gamepass not working.

    I get error PUR something I tried 4-5 times and I can see it went off on my bank account

    No, didnt use any balance thing. Bought it straight off my bank account.

    Bought it around the 14th feb. It went off my bank account on the 22nd. And on the 22nd i requested a refund. And on the 22nd i received an email stating refund approved. And my game showed i no longer possessed the expansion. The preorder ended on the 28th.

    5 to 7 business days is long time over...

    But i didnt want the money i tried to get rid of the money and this is the first time i've ever gotten in trouble with microsoft i didnt mod it myself it just went straight into to my bank from a modder it didnt tell me who gave me the money can u please
    unsuspend my account i turned off my xbox when it went into my bank

    Can't access my partners account...

    I've tried all that and to no avail, also filled out a recovery form and that wasn't any help either... My mrs just wants her bank details taken off the account.
