    Hi,

    Have tried a number of avenues..so let's try here as well!

    I have an EA Account

    I have a Microsoft Gamepass PC Ultimate Account.

    I am trying to 'link' these accounts.

    Looks like your Xbox account is already connected to another EA Account. Unlink accounts or try linking a different Xbox account.
    ^ I am almost certain this is untrue from logging into both my EA account AND my Xbox/MS Account.

    End result: Not able to play any of the EA Play accounts through Gamepass.

    Has anyone any solutions here? I tried EA support and they advised I create a new EA account but that would lose all my progress in the games I currently own / play.

    I cannot set my home xbox.

    Only applies to the subscriber

    Ea play and cloud only applies to the subscriber

    UFC is part of gamepass

    Because it is connected to his EA play account NOT yours

    I followed those steps then received this error: "Looks like your Xbox account is already connected to another EA Account. Unlink accounts or try linking a different Xbox account." However, I have only one Xbox account and only one EA Account. I don't have any others because I use the same email address for each account.

    No that seems to try and renew another month of gamepass

    Yes as gamepass perks are exclusive to the gamepass holder

    And the ea functions is only within the gamepass and the registered ea account which is connected to the gamepass account not people.who are doing something they shouldn't be

    You have to download it through EA play. You have to download the EA play app, have an ea account and link it to your xbox account to download it. You cannot download it through the gamepass app. They need to fix that or just say on the page to download through EA play
