    Gamepass Ultimate


    I have GP Ultimate and yet one of my family members is not able to utilize the subscription. Matter of fact, when I click under subscriptions under their profile, nothing is there. I also keep seeing a message that I need to verify my child's account but the "fix it" instructions do nothing. HELP!

    9.99 is for gamepass not gamepass ultimate, gamepass ultimate has the live component.

    Could just be you are confusing xbox gamepass and gamepass ultimate.

    Xbox Gamepass is xbox only, gamepass ultimate is xbox and pc.
