Gamepass ultimate for $2 wont show

I want to purchase the gamepass ultimate for $2 but there is no option for it and only shows the regular price and another thing I noticed is that this only happens on my account. Help would much appreciated, thanks.

Thank you for posting here on the Xbox forums. Have you claimed this promotion before? If so, you would not be able to claim it again while it is still running. you would have to wait for a new promotion.

If you have not taken advantage of this promotion before, try getting it from the

Xbox.com site.

Okay,

That shows Xbox Live which will be Xbox Gold. If you upgraded it to Gamepass Ultimate or had an existing Gamepass Ultimate, that time would be condensed.

Hi There, are you certain it was 3 months gamepass ultimate and not just gamepass or Xbox Llive Gold? If you convert 3 months of gamepass or Xbox Live gold to ultimate it is only 2 months of ultimate and not 3.

Yes absolutely! You can redeem any combination of gamepass/gold/ultimate code at any time. The only restriction regarding gamepass ultimate codes is you wont be able to redeem on top of the limit of 36 months or 3 years. Anything less than that, no restrictions.
