    For starters I usually don’t resort to mean such as this, considering all of Xbox Live is basically down. The problem is I purchased Xbox Live gold one month on 10/3 $10.00 everything was fine. So on and so forth. All was well up until 6:00pm or so I
    try to log on an play some Nba Live 19 partied up with friends. I try to start a party an I encounter countless error codes that say my gold is gone when it shouldn’t be just yet. I check my subs an apparently Gold converted itself to gamepass “Ultimate”
    on 10/2 while I wasn’t aware of this, get to today an my gold is gone out of nowhere. I’m not getting anywhere with support because “irony” Some if not all of Xbox support and other important services have been down for sometime ��‍♂️ I don’t really
    have any more options atm I didn’t purchase Ultimate originally? Why did they convert my Live Gold without letting me know? I could see if it was the next day but 17 come on man. Someone HELP

    Yes bro it was on its own, they are trying to charge $16.00 for Gamepass Ultimate when I only purchased Gold. They then waited 17 days to even make it seen they converted my subscription, without contacting me at all. Only reason i found out is because
    I cant even connect to party chat. Even with basic live you can enter chat. I can’t be the only person that thinks this is weird. I shouldn’t be charged pretty much 160ish % inflation for a OBVIOUS mistake on them.

    After 6 hrs I’ve finally gotten through an actually getting the attention I need. So hopefully this will be resolved sooner then later.

    Gamepass ultimate actully includes xbox live gold so you shouldnt have an issue playing online.

    You didnt mention if you have had to pay anything extra with the transfer from gold to ultimate since you say you didnt do this yourself. So i would speak to someone at suport like you have been trying and see what they say.

    I cant really recommend anything else as it isnt a refund issue unless you have paid more. But if it switched on its own then you need to speak to support.

    you can check your subscriptions at the following link https://account.microsoft.com/services/

    if it says that you have Game Pass Ultimate then that includes Live Gold so you should be able to use all online features. (if you don't want to carry on with Game Pass Ultimate you should turn off recurring billing but
    do not cancel it as any time left will not convert back to Gold and you will need to purchase it again)

    it also includes Game Pass so you can download and play any of the Game Pass titles at no extra cost.

    if you still can't play online with an active Game Pass Ultimate subscription then you should request a call from support.

    9.99 is for gamepass not gamepass ultimate, gamepass ultimate has the live component.

    Really sorry to hear you've been having issues signing into your account. I can definitely understand where you're coming from.

    If you're still having issues with signing in and aren't able to update your security proofs, I would recommend contacting our Phone Support. They would be equipped to look into your account with you and sort out what may have happened.
