    Hello,

    I have gamepass ultimate on my Microsoft account and it reflects correctly in the Xbox app and on my console. On the Microsoft store app it shows gamepass for console not ultimate. I am able to download gamepass for console games and games I own through
    the Xbox app but not titles from gamepass for pc even though I have ultimate on my account.

    I have reset/uninstalled/reinstalled/fixed all Xbox related apps and the store app. I had a previous rep remove my GPU subscription and reset my apps and then re add the sub to my account. I am still unable to install gamepass for PC games. I receive error
    0x00000001 in the Xbox app. If I try through the store nothing happens, but a GP console game or one that I own will trigger a download in the store.

    My apps are all updated and I am on the admin account on my PC. I have combed through my account and pc settings and have everything enabled that even sounds like it would affect anything. I have run troubleshooting and that can’t find anything.

    Prior to all of this I managed my gamepass settings through my X1X console. I am assuming there is a problem with my account/license as the only problem is I am unable to download gamepass for PC games.

    Searching for this issue makes me think this has happened to a number of others, I don't see how there is not a dedicated support page for this issue.

    I have game pass console and any time i try to play multiplayer games it prompts me to purchase ultimate.

    Well no that is not an error you do need ultimate since you are on console

    If you were on pc you would buy gamepass for pc

    Not console but ultimate or gold is needed for multiplayer on console

    Gold is included with ultimate not gamepass

    Gold.nor.ultimate is.needed on pc ONLY gamepass for console only.gives you games not multiplayer

    Are there any games available on xbox that are not available on PC on the xbox game pass ultimate.

    does not matter, ultimate is just the following

    cloud gaming

    gamepass for console

    gamepass for pc

    ea play

    gold

    so what you see on pc gamepass is what you get.

    PC gamepass is the following

    pc gamepass

    ea play

    gold is not needed for pc and obviously you don't need gamepass console as you are on pc.

    there are no games exclusive to ultimate, everything available on gamepass pc and console is the same with or without ultimate.

    I have Xbox GamePass Ultimate, but Xbox App on PC only recognizes the standard GamePass

    gamepass on PC is just that gamepass, there is no ultimate on pc, if you have ultimate on xbox then you get gamepass on pc.

    you need gamepass pc then, so you can't,

    Gold for online play on console

    Gamepass for gamepass games on console

    Gamepass PC for games on pc with ea play attached

    Ultimate gamepass - Gold, Gamepass, Gampass PC, EA Play and xcloud.
