As far as the yearly Gamepass subscription deal goes, you can purchase it on your console or Microsoft Store before September
30th. You will receive a message with codes for Forza 7-10 days after you purchase the subscription.

 

Codes in 7-10 days only if you are lucky.

Me and a bunch of others still haven't got the codes after 12 days.
