    Gamepass subscription will not work on any PC


    Hello,

    All of a sudden it says that I have to pay gamepass on the XBOX app. I cannot download any games either now. When I click on my profile it says

    WE ENCOUNTERED AN ERROR AND YOUR SUBSCRIPTION FAILED TO LOAD.

    I checked my subscriptions and I am all paid up.

    I have logged out of windows store and logged in

    I have also changed my payment type

    I have tried my LAPTOP and same error is occurring.

    How do I get this resolved?

    Xbox game pass pc

    Some of the games on PC are availble on gamepass on Xbox however not all of them such as Age of empires as it requires a mouse and keyboard. Also gamepass for PC is a separate subscription to Gampeass, you would either have to buy another gamepass subscription
    or get Gamepass Ultimate which works both on PC and Xbox

    No, They are not. I had GamePass PC earlier and everything used to work properly but then one day I got notification that there is an offer on GamePass Ultimate so I upgraded but since the day GamePass PC subscription ended and GamePass Ultimate subscription started, I can only launch games that are on EA Play and that too from EA Desktop App only.

    Now, because the GamePass Ultimate was a 3 month subscription, so I can't even go back to GamePass PC until it's over.

    Any game that launches from Xbox app for Windows fails to launch and tried repairing and resetting the Xbox and Microsoft Apps, sign-out and then again sign-in on both the apps but still same thing.

    For Example, Forza Horizon 4 used to work earlier but now it does not.

    Hello. I don't think they put any assasin on the gamepass. ubisoft is not a traditional gamepass partner and now they have released their own subscription, at least for pc.

    Xbox Game Pass for PC

    If you bought the Gamepass for PC and don't have an Xbox then getting Ultimate Gamepass is pointless. It would upgrade your subscription from Gamepass for PC to Ultimate Gamepass
