gamepass subscription free trial

Hi

I have entered the code given when I purchased my new Xbox one for a month's free trial of the gamepass but when I try to use the advanced services it tells me I need to use a code or purchase a month'# subscription.When I try to enter the code again it
tells me my code has already been used.

Can anybody help?

Sea of thieves with the free gamepass trial

Hi, after I subscribed to the free 14 days trial of gamepass, I wanted to download sea of thieves because I can get it for free with the subscription. Unfortunately, it was purchased full price at 82$ CAN. How can I get a refund since I was absolutely not
planning on spending this money, but get it for free with the trial?

Xbox live not working

I have a problem with the game pass, my subscription is renewed all months, this is my first month after the free trial, and I already confirmed that if the payment was made for the game pass subscription,
but I can not access the benefits of gamepass, which may be the problem

A Gamepass subscription is a different and separate service from an Xbox Live Gold subscription.

No I don't have a trial or a subscription of the gamepass, but I'm planning on getting a subscription after the 1 month of free gamepass has ended

to stop or cancel a (trial) subscription you will have to turn off auto renewal otherwise it will turn into a standard subscription after the trial has ended. To cancel an active subscription immediately please see the following link, if available

As far as I am aware there is no free trial for gold accounts anymore. There is a Gamepass free trial however. 14 days.
