Gamepass sharing logs out main account

I signed out. But when she tries to use any game from gamepass she gets an error stating “the person who bought this needs to sign in. Sign in with the account that bought the game and installed the app”. So then I sign back in and she’s able to use gamepass on her account. Which logs me out of my game session on my series x.

Should be noted if she is trying to use advance features like cloud it won't work

Only the subscriber can use it

I swapped the home settings and she was able to use game pass on the series x with my account logged out of it. I was able to play the same game on her xbox.
So then I swapped it back and now its all working as it should! So weird, but im glad we finally got it to work! Thank you so much for your patience and help! Really got us out of this frustrating situation!

Alright. In this case, we may need to reset the Xbox One console again and make sure that you will sign in to your account by setting it up.

Don't worry because as long as you're connected to Xbox Live your saved progress, games, will not be deleted. It will remove all of your accounts but you can add all of them later on.

Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

Select Profile & system > Settings > System > Console info.

Select Reset console.

Reset and keep my games & apps.

There are no other accounts but ours.
