Gamepass renewal : download code for forza horizon 3 deleted after 30 days, can it be resent ?

i renewed my Gamepass for a year on sep 27th. I received game codes for Forza (7 & horizon 3). I redeemed the Forza 7 code straight away, but the message has been automatically deleted by xbox after 30 days. the code for Horizon 3 remains unredeemed. I would
like to use this if possible.

I saw no terms that stated the code was valid for only 30 days, so denying me access to this seems pretty questionable.

xbox support are unable to help ( or access messages) so this forum and its upper echelon are my only hope.

Warthog code-forza horizon 3

I recieved the message from Xbox live containing a warthog download code for forza horizon 3 but deleted it. Was wondering if the code could be resent.

Have you tried accessing your message history through the xbox application on the pc or

the website?

 

If it was sent via Xbox Live Messages then, on your console, go to the Message Center and click on Xbox Live Messages to find the code. If you do not see the message there you'll need to wait until they send you another message so you can see the code
again.

 

You can try contacting support at Contact Us | Xbox Support and they can look at your account.

 

I have contacted two different support people, both have assured they cannot access messages,

 

All messages are auto deleted after 30 days. They do not show up in message centre, even if xbox send a nee message

 

All messages older than 30 days are gone automatically

 

That's incorrect. Once sent it's there in the message center. You'll be able to scroll back when you get another message.

However, if you would like to see if support can access the messages for you you can try contacting them again but this time either go to support.xbox.com/contact-us and fill out the form to have Xbox call you back or go into chat and ask to have the chat
escalated to Xbox.

However i am most certainly not incorrect on the messages.

I have new messages from xbox ( 5 days ago) i can only scroll back to the last message sent under 30 days ago, which is 2nd nov

I will try the chat once more, but the first support agent was useless and i basically did everything myself. The second was much better, but still had no access to my mesages and could only recommend i come to this forum.

If as you suggest i can escalate this to xbox then hopefully thats another avenue.

At this point i now feel that the solution is just to buy a copy on disc from ebay £10, or just forget it and learn a lesson for any future codes. After all its just a game and really not worth the inconvenience for me and that ive caused you guys on here

Thanks for posting here, and we do appreciate your patience. I do recommend contacting support again, support agents are the only personnel who have the tools necessary to get the code back to you over the phone. Do be persistent, tokens sent to you are
accounted for, and I'm sure we can definitely get this resolved for you. Be sure to use the
Contact Us portal and request a call back so you can speak to an agent again.
