    GAMEPASS QUESTS TRACKING ISSUE


    When on xboxlive offers.com under the game pass section it says membership expired but im still a member so im missing out on a chance to get the entry for completing these quests

    Gamepass quests progress page issue

    The gamepass quests progress page says that I am ineligible to complete quests due to my gamepass being expired. My homepage expires in May of next year.

    90% chance it's just an issue with the page, but I want to make sure I am tracked for quests and eligible for rewards.

    Hey rileyj49! To clarify, are you referring to the GamePass Quests or the Xbox Quests? If Xbox Quests, did you download 2 Games with Gold titles in November? Post back and let us know!

    Going to have to contact support directly. Aside from double checking payment actually went through, only official support can really help you in the end.

    Unfortunately Xbox has stated that Gamepass Quests are not tracking correctly at the moment.

    I’ve have played that game for hours killing zombies and also reset my saved game to see if that worked. Still having the same issue. Don’t acted like you know what’s the problem.
