GamePass Quest Reward

I have not received my reward for the Halo Game Pass Quest last month, while everyone I talked to has already. How do I get mine?

Gamepass quests progress page issue

The gamepass quests progress page says that I am ineligible to complete quests due to my gamepass being expired. My homepage expires in May of next year.

90% chance it's just an issue with the page, but I want to make sure I am tracked for quests and eligible for rewards.

 

Oct quest and Nov quest

First, Oct quest, I never got my reward for xbox live quest.

Second, xbox (i completed the quest and no rewards) and gamepass quest (I completed 5 different days and never got it)

I suggested to add progress tracker and it more easier to see it.

It doesn't. The reward has already been sent to people who completed it. I completed it, but did not receive my reward. So, I'll ask again, how do I get my reward?

 

Prizes from quests are given within the following month and are typically sent in waves. So you should receive it by the end of the month.

 

First I'd heard they were released in waves. Guess I'll just continue waiting.

It's November, and I still don't have my reward. I let my subscription end as a direct result. Fix this!

 

This reply didn't age well. Are you going to actually do something about this? I still have no reward. It is now November, and I'm still without my promised reward. Because of this, and the
(Mod Removed-Profanity) help you have given me, I cancelled my game pass subscription.

 

If you complete the quests usually you have to wait few days

 

Rewards are sent in waves kust wait until you get yours!!

Hello, just make sure you have completed all the requirements for the quest, and if you have done them all, you may need to contact customer support.
