Gamepass purchase not working

I got a 14 free trial for the game pass and i decided that i wanted to keep but wait and see of another good deal camd around for it and it did on the 26th i spent 14 dollars on a deal allowing me to expand my subscription to the gamepass for 3 months
it said. Just today my xbox was telling me that it ends in 2 days and i went to my order history and it says i spent 14 dollars on the gamepass and 0 before that for the free trial but my subscription says its going to end in 2 days. I do have reccuring billing
off and i did use a debit card for this transaction. Any help would be nice i don't know what else to do but call customer services

i describe you the problem:

I buy a gamepass to try Sea of Thieves with friends, the gamepass is activated and he's working no problem with it.

But when i go on Xbox store & Windows store and type "Sea of thieves" i can't find it (same for every gamepass game)
