gamepass promo?

Sunshine W. from the tech support chatline directed me this forum to see if I could get assistance in the current $5/month gamepass promo showing up for my account. I'd love to be able to buy a few months at this promotional rate but when I clicked on it,
it goes back to saying 9.99/month. My case number is 1415093955 if that helps.

NFL Game pass on the Xbox One/360

I live in Europe, I am an American (credit card), I do have GamePass and I have Xbox360 and One....I installed the NFL app but it has no link to GamePass. As far as I can see, there is no NFL GamePass App for either console.

If you bought the game it will show on ready to install, if you play with gamepass, it will show only in gamepass section.
