gamepass perks not working!!!!1!1

Thank you for contacting the Xbox support forums. As of now, it seems as though this is an error that is happening to a few Game Pass Ultimate members. As a temporary workaround, we recommend downloading the Xbox app on your mobile device to see if you're able to redeem your perks from there. Please keep in mind that all perks will not be available for redemption if you are using an Apple device.

You may also attempt the following if you would like to troubleshoot further on PC;

• Update the Xbox app - To do this, visit the Microsoft Store app and navigate to the top right corner of your screen. If you are on Windows 10, select the three "..." to verify your Xbox app is on the latest update.
  
• Confirm account login
  
• Reinstall the Xbox app
  

If you are still receiving the same error, please contact us directly at Contact us | Xbox Support and inform our agents that you are unable to redeem your perks.

Youe account is acocunt 1 with gamepass ultimate

Account 2 your son account

Console.1 is yours

,console.2 is his

Account 1 signs in on console.2.And makes it it's home.console

Then account 2 can use gamepass anytime wirh the exception of perks or.cloud as thata a subscriber only option

Account 2 can use console.1-2

Account 1 sig s in on console.1 and must.eemain online to.use. dlc. or .gamepass account 2 cannot use console 2 for.gamepass as it can't roam he can use his own conskle.but gamepass and your dlc.is only on home console

Gamepass perks only apply to the account holder

Home console only applies the gold benefits and access to gamepass games EXCEPT for ea games which is a gamepass perk

DO NOT cancel gamepass ultimate since you are upgraded time nor can it be transferred

You forfeit any upgraded time and are only refunded the purchased xgu which I'm guessing iss 1 dollar upgrade

To sum it up.

Camping Class

Perks 1: lightweight and flack jacket.

Perks 2: fast hands and scavenger.

Perks 3: dexterity and tactical mask.

Run 'n Gun Class

Perks 1: lightweight and ghost.

Perks 2: fast hands and cold blooded.

Perks 3: dexterity and extreme conditioning.

These work wonders for me.

The class for those who get shot at allot

Perks 1: lightweight and flack jacket.

Perk 2: fast hands.

Perks 3: awareness and extreme conditioning.

This is not an individual promotion this is on the main page of purchasing gamepass why nobody gets that so you telling me the xbox ultimate gamepass for 17$/15 euros is just a promotion that will be removed and it goes up to 30$ a month

And this 1$ offer lasted for over 2 years this is not somewhat of a perk
