    Hello everyone ,

    I have a problem in the gamepass for PC. I just have an error for " Football Manager 2022 ." " No package id in transaction " My Windows is up to date. My subscribtion is still running. What can i do ?

    Understand. Would you please try the following steps?

    - Completely uninstall Xbox App (and Xbox Companion App if you have it). Use their own uninstaller (just search for Xbox on Windows Start and click on uninstall).

    - After uninstalling, go to Start > Type PowerShell > Right click it and select “Run As Administrator” > Type the following command and press Enter (you can run one at a time):

    Get-AppxPackage Xbox | Remove-AppxPackage

    Get-AppxPackage Microsoft.XboxApp | Remove-AppxPackage

    Get-AppxPackage Microsoft.GamingServices | Remove-AppxPackage –allusers

    (If you receive an error when executing any of these commands, don't bother. Just follow the other steps here)

    - Press Windows + R and type in "regedit". Press enter.

    - Search for HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\System\CurrentControlSet\Services

    - Delete "GamingServices" and "GamingServices.net" (if they're still there).

    - Click on Start > Credential Manager > Windows Credentials. Search for Xbl|DeviceKey, click on it and then Remove.

    - Delete Accounts and Cache folders at:

    C:\Users\Username\AppData\Local\Packages\Microsoft.XboxIdentityProvider_8wekyb3d8bbwe\AC\TokenBroker

    - Also delete Microsoft Store local cache files at:

    C:\Users\Username\AppData\Local\Packages\Microsoft.WindowsStore_8wekyb3d8bbwe

    - Go to Start > Settings > Apps > Apps & features > Microsoft Store > Advanced Options > Reset.

    - Go to Start > Settings > Apps > Football Manager 2022 > Advanced Options > Reset.

    - Go to Start > Settings > Gaming > Xbox Networking > Fix it.

    - Go to Start > Settings > Gaming > Game Mode > Set if OFF.

    - Go to Start > Settings > Accounts > Sign-in Options > Privacy > Uncheck "Use my sign-in info to automatically finish setting up my device and reopen my apps after an update and restart."

    - Press the Windows Key + R. Type WSReset.exe and press Enter.

    - Restart Windows.

    - If you're using a proxy, please stop using it for now:

    - Press Windows Key + R. Type inetcpl.cpl and press Enter. Click the Connections tab, and then click LAN settings. Uncheck the Use a proxy server for your LAN check box. Click Ok.

    - Please check if Date and Time is set correct.

    - Open Microsoft Store and make sure you are logged in with the correct account.

    - Finally, install Xbox App (and Xbox Companion App if you had it) again. Open it and login to the correct Microsoft/Xbox account. If you are on the Xbox Insiders, click on the profile image and navigate to the settings menu. Head over to the General sub-menu in the Settings menu. Uncheck the “Use advanced installation and management features” option.

    Go to Start > Type Services > Open it.

    Find all Xbox Services (Xbox Accessory Management Service, Live Auth Manager, Live Game Save, Live Networking Service). Right Click > Properties> Set the startup type to Automatic. Also Start them.

    Go to https://account.microsoft.com/devices, sign in, and see if there are old devices listed in your Microsoft Account that are not being used by you anymore.

    If there is an old device, select Show details to see info for that device.

    Under your device's name, select More actions > Remove. Confirm the removal.

    After that, go to: https://account.microsoft.com/devices/content and remove the old device from there too.

    Find the device you want to remove and select Unlink.

    Review your device details and select Unlink.

    After performing all the steps, please try to launch Football Manager 2022 again and let me know how it goes.

    Hello, My name is Jesse. I'm an Independent Advisor and a member of the Microsoft community and I'd love to assist you today.

    Try these methods to fix the Store one by one to see if one of them will solve the problem.

    Clear the Microsoft Store cache

    1. Press the 'Windows + r' keys and type 'wsreset.exe' (without the quotes)

    2. An command prompt window opens and then closes after approximately 10 seconds.

    3. The Microsoft Store then opens automatically. Check if it works properly again.

    To reset it:

    1. Open the settings by pressing the Windows + i keys

    2. Go to Apps> Applications and features.

    3. Select the Microsoft Store application and then click Advanced Options.

    4. Click the Reset button.

    5. Confirm the reset by clicking on Reset again.

    6. Go back to the Microsoft Store and check if it works properly again.

    Run troubleshooter

    1. Open Settings again (Windows + i)

    2. Go to Update & Security> Troubleshooting.

    3. Select Windows Store Applications and then click the Run Troubleshooter button.

    4. The utility will launch and check for problems that are preventing the Microsoft Store from functioning properly. If it detects anomalies, follow its recommendations.

    5. When the problems are resolved, close the utility.

    6. Go back to the Microsoft Store and check if it works properly again.

    Reinstall Microsoft Store

    1.Open Windows PowerShell as administrator. To do this, right click on the start button and click on 'Windows Shell (admin)'

    2. To reinstall the Microsoft Store app, enter the following command (you can copy and paste:

    Get-AppxPackage -allusers Microsoft.WindowsStore | Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register '$ ($ _. InstallLocation) \\ AppXManifest.xml'}

    3. Go back to the Microsoft Store and check if it works properly again.

    Ultimately there will be games that will handle and play better on either platform. Take Football Manager. I 100% understand why that is only on PC Gamepass.
