GAMEPASS PC CANT DOWNLOAD GAMES I HAVE ULTIMATE ALWAYS HAVE!!

The PC experience for gamepass is absolutely one of the worst experiences from a software company. The app is an absolute horror to log in. How can the app take the wrong email every time, so i have to press back to even be able to manually select the right email.. very weird decision from the software. Then I finally log in to the app only to be unable to download a game age of empires iv, first party none the less. I have ultimate have always had it since day 1 for my Xbox. This pc experience is just so bad, I had to log out only to log in again, but yes you guessed it the app decides to automatically sign the wrong account in again. NOW I CAN FINALLY DOWNLOAD IT.. MY question is.. How is it possible for a multibillion dollar company to make such a poorly designed app, a software company.. As a 20 year long customer this was almost the nail in the coffin to stop supporting this company. Get your stuff together with this app. I don't need to hear the passive aggressive excuses from the ambassadors either, just fix this absolute broken software. I read an article from 2020 with the same issue, its been 2 years, put your money into decent design that actually works.

i think they were expecting you to sign in with the same account that you use for windows, which makes sense in the long run as it is all connected to the same account then.

I do already have MCC on console, but I think it's awesome the game is finally coming to PC. Since I have Xbox Gamepass Ultimate, I will definitely be downloading on my gaming laptop as well to make sure it's always with me!

Hmmm if your son Download from gamepass he cant play GTA any more but you can buy gamepass ultimate. With ultimate you have gamepass as long as they have gold als this for 13$/€ i think.

i have also been having this issue for quite some while it also seems whenever i buy the ultimate gamepass on the xbox it does not say i have it on pc, however i am able to download some of the gamepass games and play them on pc whenever i have the gamepass bought

halo is not a playanywhere title, means you have to purchase for console and pc seperately. if you have gamepass ultimate or gamepass pc then you can download as part of that on pc.
