    I am unable to download the games that require the "administrator approval to download", when i press download i have this error:
    0x80070005

    I tried to open the app with "run as admin" but i still can't download these games.

    I can only download the games that won't require to be the admin (of course, i AM the admin of my pc, i have only one account on PC).

    Had the same issue yesterday and nothing seemed to work. Eventually just got sick of it and made a new USB stick via the Media Creation Tool for 1903 and reinstalled Windows from scratch.
