Gamepass not logging in

There was some update that didn't install automatically on windows 10. It is working now. Thank you

Are you logged in on the account that has gamepass linked to it?

can you log into the game pass ultimate app on your phone or goto the Microsoft store on a computer and look for a gamepass game, be logged into the Microsoft account that has the gamepass ultimate and see if you can install a game via either of those
methods

some work some don't on gamepass, its trial and error im afraid, do the following

1. sign into childs account on pc.

2. open the store and click the user icon next to thrre dots and log out

3. log in to the store with your name

4. download said gamepass game, if already installed it will be quick and should be done in a few seconds.

5. log out of the store and log back in with the childs account.

6. log off and then log in then try the game.
